Alright alright, I have a jumper problem. It's kind of a real big problem actually, however much the lady doth protest. I'm trialling a New In feature on the blog to try and bridge the gaps between outfit posting, because I buy too many clothes and then run out of time to shoot more than two of the seven outfits I wear in a week. This way you can still see what I've bought, worn and what I vaguely think of them as I've bought it!

Installment Numero Uno, featuring more warmth-inducing pieces and random tidbits than is necessary.

#1: Primark Turtleneck Cropped Sweater - £5
My my, this is a surprise addition, eh? I'm not really a Primark shopper if I'm honest. The queues, harsh lighting, sub-par quality and crazy manic displays make me want to crawl away and go to sleep. (Not hard for me, let's be honest.) But at the weekend, I was killing some time and I wandered into the Westfield Stratford store.

I wore this jumper on Monday a.k.a. as soon as humanly possible. It's cosy yet lightweight and the shorter turtleneck is ridiculously flattering. The yarn pulls really easily, but that's nothing a crochet hook won't fix. I sized up by one size and the sleeves are that cool long length that reaches the middle of your hands, and this grey hue looks SO good with a juicy red nail. Seriously recommend.

#2: Primark Two Colour Jumper - £5
I'm not sure why I picked this up, short of it being on the sale rack. I think it'll make a good weekend jumper for my Sundays that are spent not-moving-until-I-leave-to-visit-family. And hey, they won't judge me for wearing really big knits and leggings with Christmas socks. In February. I sized up by three sizes on this bad boy and it's a great, wearable, oversize cut.

#3: Primark My Little Pony Grey-Based Jumper - £10
Joining in with the My Little Pony hype, I couldn't resist this jumper. It's got the best tile print in the world on a grey base, with a brushed inner. I basically bought it because I forgot to take a cardigan to Taylor Swift on Sunday night. But it's also going to look good with leather-look shorts and Converse for more casual days.

#4: SammyDress.co.uk Mint Green Pea Coat - £16
I Tweeted about this new purchase last week and my mentions went insane. I finally caved and bought a pastel hued coat, but not my Zara one of dreams nor the Topshop one that everyone seems to have. I saw this when browsing some Chinese wholesalers and it took me all of about 17 seconds to checkout. Expect a full outfit post as soon as it arrives, because I can't WAIT to shoot it!

#5: Accessorize Daisy Print Oilcloth Travelcard Holder - £5
Last year for my birthday, I treated myself to a swish Whistles travelcard holder. It was absolutely gorgeous with plenty of space - but I selected it in cream. 11 months later, I grew tired of its' beaten-up appearance and picked up this oilcloth one from Accessorize. I really like the 3-part design and the clear sections and it is super lightweight, making it easy for work security passes/Oysters to be read.

#6: Casestagram Nexus 5 Case - approx. £30
Finally, the oddball of this post is my new phone case. I've been struggling so much to find a good hard case for my Nexus 5. Despite having had this phone for 3/4 months, this is its' first case! I nearly designed one on Casestagram but chickened out and got a pre-designed mosaic weave one instead. I love. And it looks like Elmer.
Disclaimer: I bought everything in this post. Don't judge me, January and shopping go hand in hand. (As does every month...)

  6. Gonna pop into Primark next time I'm in town - thanks a LOT Michelle. Though it'll be a miracle if I could ever find that turtleneck cropped sweater. Primark's one of those annoying stores that you see something you love on a blogger but you'll never find it for yourself. But more importantly, aaah £16 for that coat?! I've always browsed those kind of wholesale sites never daring to actually order because of quality/delivery time/not delivering at all fears, so looking forward to your "review" of your beaut coat when it comes!
