one. This week has been a blur, a stressful, surreal blur. I’ve completed my first week at my shiny new job which has been good! Let’s all forget my panicked Tuesday evening even happened, shall we? I’m already feeling a little more settled and, what’s more, we have bloggers on the team! Working not-in-London also means having to get somewhat organised and creative with healthy lunch ideas too, so leave your suggestions/recipes in the comments please.

two. I’m going through the biggest INFINITE and Apink phase at the moment. Non-Kpoppers, I can only apologise. I’ve completely regressed to my 15 year old self and haven’t listened to much other than these two bands. Taylor Swift is in two weeks though, so it’s time to get lyric perfect again for the concert, along with my lovely friends Natasha and Ling!

three. This weekend I’ve been somewhat busy and lazy at the same time. Currently trialling Cloud Nine’s The C9 Touch straightener and I’m really enjoying it! Having been ‘blessed’ with naturally straight tresses, I haven’t straightened my own hair in 5 years, give or take, but this is helping me refine the style of my shorter hair and it creates perfect wave-curls too! On the other end of the busy-lazy spectrum, I’ve started another anime series (Magi season 2 at last!) and a Taiwanese drama. Oops.

four. Yesterday I popped to Honest Burger with some of the best blogging ladies. I’ve never been before but can confirm it is well worth the hype! I’m going to be posting a review of it all later next week, so keep your food-feasty eyes peeled.

five. Finally, I’ve been dividing my spare time between playing my Nintendo 3DS XL and reading Natasha’s debut novel, The Elites. Um, can I just mention how seriously addictive it is? I’m so proud! Tasha also blogs at Girl In The Lens when she isn’t penning seriously good fiction, so pop over and have a read (of both) here.

    1. Thank you so much Maria! Ah I always worry with soups as I never find them quite filling enough. I might have to search for some recipes this week and get myself in that kitchen!
