Black camisole, F&F; Grey and ivory Jacquard skater skirt, Miss Selfridge; Tights, Anime Shop in Chinatown, similar here; Black cleated sole loafers, New Look; Black tweed boyfriend blazer coat, c/o Glamorous; Mulberry Alexa.

Here’s somewhat of a throwback outfit today as I’m busy (for the first time in over a week!) starting my new job. Wish me luck because I’m terribly nervous about it all…

Last Friday my little sister and I decided to enjoy the non-rainy weather and head around our town for a walk. Keeping active and all that malarkey, eh? Whilst it is bitterly cold outside still, it was pretty lovely to enjoy the lake and its’ green surroundings without the addition of weekend people and too many dog-walkers! Upon reflection, I could have dressed more appropriately for the occasion, but I’d already been out for a coffee with a friend and then to the hair salon, so a further outfit change this did not warrant ;)

This cami is by F&F, a new addition to my wardrobe. At just £8, it’s a very very affordable version of the Topshop ones I went crazy for in the summer, and it just helps to pull outfits together. Black camisoles aren’t that groundbreaking, but hey -- it’s made the cut for my First Day Outfit (albeit just with leather look jeans), and it’ll probably be worn more than anything else in my wardrobe! With it goes my Jacquard skater skirt and these adorable bunny face tights. Some may say these are inappropriate but I adore them! So cute and perfect to add a flash of detail, as the ears barely show when my skirt sits properly.

Anyway, big day ahead of me, so I shall catch up with you all over a cup of tea on Twitter and Instagram tonight, right? Bisous.

    1. Thanks Gem, haha everyone has said that! I think they're borderline inappropriate, but thankfully my skirts are all too long for them to be ;)
