Daisybutter - UK Style and Fashion Blog: #osirisstyle

one. This week has seen the return of panic dressing for the opening days of autumn. Can anyone else pinpoint the moment that our summer sun (I mean, look at this post...!) disappeared and we hung up our socks sandals for the autumn? Nevertheless, my favourite season is finally here and I've been loving throwing on lots of layers to combat 7am chill. The heated commute is another tale for another day.

two. It's London Fashion Week! This season has been a little more relaxed for me, blogwise, although more on that later. So far this season I've been lucky enough to see the Killian Kerner, Ping He, Orla Kiely, Ashish and Holly Fulton shows - so sad Eudon Choi was oversubscribed! I've been posting my show reports as ever, but more to come via a highlights piece next week, as well as a wordy number. You knew it was coming...

three. I bought a new Mulberry handbag this week! After finally deciding on a Prada bag that I wanted to buy for my own 23rd birthday, I accidentally walked to the Mulberry concession in Selfridges last week when waiting for Aisling, and fell in love. It was pretty pricey (so now I need to justify myself...!) but I've saved a little every month and every invoice for 10 months now, and isn't she a beauty?!

four. Grace and I have finally ironed out the issues with my new blog redesign. It should all be fully functional now, and I'm rolling out some new features next week! I'm also toying with the idea of temporarily taking down the full page skin ads from my blog to trial what happens if they're not there. Lemme know what you'd think of it without the ads or if you're not really too bothered. (:

five. Next week = my little brother's 21st birthday and Jay Park's London date of his European tour! I'm so excited and have literally been counting down the days. It's so rare that a K-pop artist tours in the UK and I resolved, last year, to see every band/singer that I like, regardless of the price... Roll on Saturday! x

  4. I'll be interested to see your blog without the blog skin actually - i think your blog would look compeltely different! Kinda jealous about Jay Park - you're going to have the best time! Love the Mulbs, definitely think it's a great investment. You can always get the Prada next time :P

    1. I'm in two minds about the skin adverts, on the one hand it is smart to monetise my blog whilst I can, but my blog also looks so much nicer without them, and the content takes more focus then... Ah I'm super excited for Jay Park - expect lots of countdown Tweets. Haha oh indeed, I think I'll have a think nearer my birthday. xx
