Pale pink Breton stripe top, H&M; Leggings, H&M; Oversized diamond texture jacket, River Island; Boots, Miss Selfridge; Fujifilm Instax Mini 8 Camera, eBay/Amazon, B38 Osiris Glasses, c/o Specsavers.

True to form, yesterday I wore this outfit for a family day, planning to shoot my photos at 3pm when I popped home, and then it poured down with rain. C'est la vie, eh? It currently feels so lovely and autumnal here, I'm typing this all cooped up in my bedroom with a line of pamper products ready for my bubble bath, big big blanket round me and with my Macbook warming up my legs. Painting a good picture for you yet?

This weekend saw me get paid by my main freelance client for the first time in nearly three months so of course I did some shopping. I popped to town on Saturday to buy some bits for our fish tank and to send another batch of Aesthetic orders… and tripped and fell into River Island. This oversized jacket is my new favourite thing in life. It's the perfect fit with these cool fitted jersey sleeves (although I sized up a size for a-jumper-underneath purposes) and I can see it being an amazing statement piece to layer under proper winter coats. I'm probably going to wear it at LFW too because it's SO comfy, yet the diamond texture pattern packs a punch. (:

Underneath that I'm just wearing a standard "fashion blogger uniform" of a pale pink Breton stripe and leggings. Honestly, family Sundays when my baby cousin is involved calls for super cosy looks. Danny is the most energetic kid I've ever known! To make the whole look a little more presentable and pull things together, I also cracked out my beloved bargain studded Miss Selfridge boots. Really excited to wear these with black dresses and black tights soon! I heart ya, Autumn.

Tonight I'm planning to kick back, plan some LFW content for the clients I'm working for, watch some of the new YG Ent. reality show and maybe see a friend. Just loooovely! How about you guys? Fun Monday plans that I can live vicariously through? x

  6. I'm definitely a massive fan of the fashion blogger Uniform and I love that name for it! I've sort of embraced this Autumnal weather just because we can all wear more outfits like this. The jacket ties everything together wonderfully. Hope you have fun at LFW and good luck with all the freelance stuff, I'm sure you will be able to pull it off without any trouble. ;)
