Elephant print shirt, Primark; White camisole, Uniqlo; The Legging jeans, c/o AG Jeans; Leopard print socks, Topshop; Wedge booties, c/o YesWalker.

As you read this blog post, I'm quite likely to be panic-packing or Tweeting about my inherent need to pack. Ah life. Let's take a minute to chat about more printed shirt goodness - anything to put off important tasks, eh?

Picked this shirt up from Primark last week after spying it from afar. Guys, I can't even get over how cute the elephant print is. I literally cannot. It has silver buttons and a subtle stud detail on the collar that isn't too offensive. I'm not much a silver girl, or a studs one while we're on the subject, but it all works nicely here! This is going straight in my suitcase for Hong Kong though! I paired the super-sheer shirt with a camisole from Uniqlo that I could never be without, slightly unsightly support tops are so comfy and perfect for reducing two layers to one. As ever, my Adriano Goldschmied's make an appearance, as does my cloud of messy hair. Oops. Pass the Tangle Teezer.

I was sent these beautiful wedge booties by YesWalker last week and instantly fell in love! I'm a real stickler for black footwear, so these taupe boots are a refreshing update for the spring. I can imagine these looking so cute with cream frilly ankle socks and a denim dress. YesWalker is a concession of YesStyle, one of my favourite shopping destinations, and it comes as no surprise that I've already earmarked more than a few items to add to my new season wardrobe. E x c i t i n g.

Right then, I think that covers all bases of this look. Probably about time I got back down to business and stopped musing over packing seven lipsticks for a six-day holiday. Any handy packing tips for me while I tear my hair out and procrastinate some more?

  2. I have no helpful packing tips; I do exactly the same. Panic pack nine pairs of shoes for a weekend, but forget a jumper. Such is life.

    1. Haha obviously! I'm planning a week or two there over the summer if I manage to save enough pennies. I hadn't been to Primark in absolutely ages, so of course I stocked up on sheer collared numbers. ;)

  8. That elephant shirt is adorable - so cute! Primark have definitely stepped their game up recently, may need to pay that place a visit. I can practically hear my purse screaming "noooo!" already!

Good luck getting all of your packing done, is it odd that I really love to pack? (Probably. And I probably shouldn't have admitted that.)

    1. N'wah thank you so much Amy. And I absolutely agree, I'm such a stickler for my favourite brands and Primark has never ever held any appeal to me but I was relatively impressed when I popped in. Haha I'm a terrible packer, you should help me next time! x
