Essie Smokin Hot nail lacquer.
It is very rarely that you'll catch me sans nail varnish. My (kinda poor) excuse is that I'm a writer, and spend the majority of my day tapping away at a couple thousand words each day, making my nails the star of the show. But I digress, nail colour is an important rite of passage, non?
The ever amazing Abby gifted me with Essie's Smokin Hot for Christmas last year, and as soon as I could scrub the red glitter away and put down my New Years' Chanel Pearl Drop, this was fast adorning my nails. Smokin Hot is a perfect mushroom grey-purple, falling neatly in the greige category that doesn't look out of place, come day or night. Two coats are all that's needed, and I'm going to be sporting this pretty hue until some warmer weather swings our way. (Read: never.) ♥

Haha me too, I can fit three nail colours in a week if I muster up enough energy. This is from the Essie Diffusion line, so the consistency and brush is slightly different to the Classics! x
