Cream knit jumper, A boutique in Hong Kong; Shirt, Topshop; Skirt, Zara, Black super cosy fleece-lined tights, Primark; Black 'Aggie' boots, ASOS; Scarf, Miss Selfridge; Coat, c/o Glamorous; Golden Snitch necklace, Wallpaper Rose.
Dressing appropriately for the cold snap as ever with a skirt and knit that you can see through... (Don't you worry your pretty little minds, I've got a shirt on and all that!) It is suitably freezing in England at the moment, if you were wondering, and this preppy little get-up did not win me any warmth points when I left the house, no siree.

I opted for the cream batwing jumper that is under the joint custody of my sister and I. Absolutely love this knit and I'd probably wear it every day if I could. Whacked an icy blue sheer shirt underneath for extra winter chic, and of course I wore my Zara skirt. I promise you, this love affair will wear off soon. I'm actually off on a post-payday shopping jaunt at some point this week, albeit for Christmas presents, but I believe a Zara trip will work its way into my plans! My ASOS Aggie boots have certainly seen better days, but I quite like that bashed in look, and I've been wearing them on a half-zip fastening for a looser shape. Lovely.

Accessories wise, I went for my Miss Selfridge scarf that is not warm by any stretch of the imagination, but adds enough colour to the look - by my standards anyway! Check out my little Golden Snitch winging its' way into my outfit too! Gem and I went a little crazy for these last year and we snapped the last two up as soon as humanly possible. Oh I miss you Potter...

  1. The snitch is the perfect touch! I wish I could wear tights. My skin gets so dry in the winter and tights just irritate my already dry and irritated skin. Do you have any lotion or cream suggestions for the winter?

    1. Thank you lovely! I would absolutely recommend the Jergens cocoa butter body lotion, or their cherry almond one. Really moisturising and sinks in super quickly. I'd also recommend looking at Palmers Cocoa Butter skin therapy oil - whack some on before bed and you'll be lovely and moisturised by the morning. (:
