daisybutter - UK Style and Fashion Blog: what i wore, ootd, wiwt, AW12, j.w. anderson for topshop, layered outfits for autumn

J.W. Anderson for Topshop bat jumper; Ever Ours panel sleeveless shirt; H&M black playsuit; Primark super cosy tights; Wonderbra Up to Day bra; Next smoking slippers; Astrid & Miyu bracelets, Yesasia.com B2ST Yoseob Wish bracelet.

This post is brought to you from a Wonderbra Blogger Ambassador basis, I received the above items for press purposes but am not being monetarily compensated to write the posts. (:
I wrote this post up ready to post on Friday - when I wore this outfit - but after being stuck without Internet for the best part of those twenty-four hours, I promptly deleted it all and am starting afresh! So, long time no speak ladies: fear not, I haven't left, I merely took an impromptu hiatus, spent recovering from food poisoning and contending with minimal Internet. I've got lots of new content to share though (fingers crossed) and things are full steam ahead for the next edition of Aesthetic Magazine. I'll be opening preorders really soon, so bookmark the shop!

Reaching for my J.W. Anderson for Topshop bat jumper feels about as natural to me as breathing does at the moment, particularly since the weather in the UK has entered complete autumn mode - love! I've linked to the ghostie version in the captions, for reference. Here I'm wearing it over a sleeveless Ever Ours shirt and H&M playsuit, with tights and an Up to Day bra by Wonderbra underneath to provide the perfect base layers and staples. Clearly I'm not quite over the whole jumper and collar look, but neither is Olivia Palermo so I'm covering myself with excuses here and there.

I have a couple of exciting projects and prospects coming up over the next few weeks, including a styling day with Temperley London, following on from my coverage for Filofax at LFW. Speaking of which, the Wonderbra Haul of Fame competition is now live on Facebook, so head over and upload an outfit photo to be in with a chance of winning a £1000 shopping trip! It's been a funny old month since my contract with my last workplace ended and deciding to freelance for a while, but I'm finally ready to get stuck in with full-time work once more! Stay tuned.

  1. Oh gosh Michelle that's awful about the food poisoning, hoping you're fully recovered or recovering well! Woo to the new issue of Aesthetic!

Your shoes are fantastic, they really jazz up an outfit still being subtle. The freelancing sounds ace too, good to know you're keeping busy. Hope to be kept updated!

  17. It is a really wonderbra strapless bra which fits like your skin. It is of light skinny weight. I bought a white and it looks so elegant. Good deal!
