Oh how things change in a year... By that, of course, I mean my newfound obsession with all things trousered. Today I've mostly been running errands, sorting out accounts and making last-minute plans at home, which warrants a comfy-chic ensemble I believe. These AG Adriano Goldschmied velvet corduroy jeans are my new favourite thing: a hybrid of jeans and leggings that simply could never fall in 'that' jegging category, these are my go-to's for a look that can easily transition from day to night. In true LA style from the LA brand, they are ridiculously comfortable and easy to wear, and I believe they're stocked at Liberty. Here I'm wearing them with my Topshop icy blue sheer shirt, a new winter coat and my ASOS boots.

Still sporting eggshell nails from last night's Motel Blogger Night Out - Motel Rocks took us for an evening of pampering and then to Mahiki(!!) for a night out! - and curls courtesy of Batiste's hair stylists. If only they could style my hair every day! I'm also wearing this skull collar detail from Ever Ours, a surprisingly sweet addition to any shirt. Skulls and spikes are hardly choices that I'd typically choose, but it looks delicate and tough at the same time, and provides a welcome update to my usual style. Completed with a faux tweed oversized blazer coat from Glamorous, this outfit is probably going to become my default autumn outfit.

    1. Aw thank you Caroline! I'm sure something like this would suit you down to a tee. (: I'd definitely recommend this Glamorous one: not too heavy and not too light, so you can wear layers underneath if wanted!

  19. These trousers are an absolute dream, I'll definitely be popping into Liberty to gaze longingly at them next time I'm in London! I'm really loving the selection of trousers that are around at the minute, too - I used to avoid them like the plague, but now practically live in them!
Your nails look lovely, too, and I've got serious hair envy xx
