Dressing for the autumn is arguably one of my favourite things about the onset of the cooler months, and I'm more than ready to give up my very-empty 'summer wardrobe' in place of layers, textures, faux fur, bordeaux red hues and cosy, structured boots. And snowberry white, as dubbed by British Vogue. But mostly, I can't wait to fill up my outerwear wardrobe (yes, I have one of those!) with another plethora of winter coat and scarf goodness.

Currently trying to cut back on daily trips to the supermarket and popping that £1.57 of chocolate-bar-spending towards my AW12 collection fund. Printed dark chiffons, leather accents and textures - be mine. I know that I, for one, need those leather and suede Topshop boots and that Monki printed shirt ASAP. ♥

Oh I'm the same as you, I can't wait till A/W! Autumn's my favourite time of year and I love getting out my old boots after Summer.
ReplyDeleteAlso drooling over all of the potential work wear bits I'm gonna buy this season. Love all of the smart tailoring bits and knee length skirts that I'm seeing in the magazines xoxo
I love A/W I can't wait! Those black boots are gorgeous! x
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love A/W clothes, being all cosy in knitwear drinking hot chocolate makes me happy! I cannot wait :) xx

That fur coat at the bottom - the one from ebay (really) i cant find it and i want!!!!!! Any idea which seller etc?
ReplyDeleteThanks!
I need a new coat, been wearing the same one since I was around 17/18! Coats are my most difficult buy. I cannot wait for it to cool down, not diggin' this humid heat!
ReplyDeleteThat's definitely one of my favourite things about A/W - the layering! Bright tights, boots and cozy cardigans :) x
ReplyDeleteEmma Stone is my idol :)

Love this post! I can't wait for the air to get crisp and cool and to not have the tights/no tights debate with my wardrobe every single day! Baroque textures, snuggly knits and animal eared hoods and hats are probably the things I'm most looking forward to stocking up on personally :)
