Polka dot dress, c/o Ever Ours; Aggie boots, ASOS; Bracelets, Dainty Roses and Dolly Bow Bow.
Clinging onto a rare slice of sunshine with this cutesy polka dot dress today. I love the OTT effect of polka dots, lace trimming, a lace collar and flippy skirt, even though it doesn't look too crazy here. Even better, I decided to roll up the sleeves, only to find the nicest navy blue lining that adds a completely new dimension to the look. Rediscovering favourites is always good, and this Ever Ours number is top of the list for me right now. Finally, worn with my Aggie boots that are reaching the 'nicely distressed' stage, this feels like the perfect summer outfit for me. xo

  11. Absolutely stunning! (then again when are your outfits not?) I love the little nod to lolita contrasted with the 'fashionably scuffed' boots. Definitely a great outfit for the summer we're having, especially as there's always a puddle risk so sandals aren't quite appropriate! xx

  25. I really like this dress Michelle! I love navy and polka dots together - such a nice combination.

    The boots go really well too - I really like when a more formal style of dress can be dressed down to make it a little more relaxed. I'd never be brave enough to wear it without tights/leggings, I'd be too scared watching out for the gusts of wind haha ;) But you totally pull it off.
