'Naked Rose' is a blush from Illamasqua's Naked Strangers collection, which when I first read about on Anna's blog, seemed a strange collection to me. The collections boasts an array of natural, neutral tones with a few metallics and shimmers thrown in, and when I think of Illamasqua, I think colour colour colour! Moving aside from that, this is my current blush of choice.
Described as a colour intense, neutral beige pink, Naked Rose compliments my light olive complexion without being too intense or chalky. I find it a touch blue-toned, but I'm currently embracing *the bronzed look* anyway! The powder blush itself is very finely milled, and is highly, highly pigmented: a little bit goes a long way, and I often find myself picking up far too much on my brush. Definitely one to wear with a one-colour smokey brown eye and bright lips this summer. xo
