Exceeding all expectations with my third floral outfit in a week. Always the way, isn't it? Insisting one thing and then suddenly everything proceeds to fight against your words. But again, this floral is completely different from the others I've mentioned: a dainty white cherry blossom against navy blue, I'm in love with these trousers. Yep. Trousers. Those scary two-legged things that I once swore I'd never wear. Currently enjoying wearing them with my faithful ASOS Aggie boots and a white burn-out tee, although a tailored blouse would be pretty too, or a denim shirt and black ribbed knit.
How are you girls, anyway? This month has been absolutely manic and I've been adjusting to the Real World as opposed to the Student Bubble. Please feel free to link me to your recent blog posts as I'd love to catch up with you all properly! ♥

Love the shoes! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks so much Sara, my all-time favourites (:
DeleteI love the necklace and the pants!

DeleteOh I'm always spilling drinks down me, the other day I split tea all over my trousers and the bed... mom wasn't impressed! Really like the graphic on the back of your top! And those shoes... lovely!
ReplyDeleteHaha I'm the same - I've only gone and spilt food down this exact same outfit as well, such a bloody klutz. Thank you Katie, such a comfy top that I can't bear to be without it. xx
DeleteOh I know how you feel, I'm forever spilling things all over my outfits haha! This outfit is fab, loving the pants:) XX
ReplyDeleteGlad to know I'm not the only one :P thanks Nikki! xx
DeleteI once managed to spill coffee down my white top while attempting to drink and walk up to Bedford Place. To be fair it was raining and I was balancing an umbrella at the same time, but still...I'm such a clutz. You should where trousers more often, love how relaxed this outfit is xoxo
ReplyDeleteHaha I've done that so many times, I always speed walk up Bedford Place and end up slopping it all down my front! Aw thanks Ria, I think I will, once I'm earning moneyz again, my wardrobe is getting a facelift :P xxxx

Aw thank you so much Nicola! It's my current favourite outfit surprisingly, must invest in more trousers (:
DeleteI love the design on the back of your tshirt, it's different! I always imagined pyjama pants to be very baggy and unflattering but I like how yours are slightly fitted, and wearing heels definitely 'glams' them up haha.
ReplyDeleteJessica x
Thanks sweet! They're the perfect balance between baggy and fitted, so blimmin' comfy as well, who would've thought?! Hope you're well Jessica! xx

ReplyDeleteI surprised myself when I decided to order them :P I've definitely turned over a new leaf somehow! My first day went fine, such a short working day but I'm really enjoying it all so far. xx
Deletewelcome to the patterned trouser club.. it's funny isn't it, how we tell ourselves that we'll never make ourselves put on an item that involves on leg at a time like trousers.. but here we are, wearing some printed ones.
ReplyDeleteTHESE ARE AWESOME TOO! not too crazy either, and they sit perfectly on you michelle! i'm in love with your booties too, plus i've just spied them at a cheaper price.. urm hello splurging!xx
Such a fine place to be ;) hahah 'an item that involves a leg at a time' - best comment ever. I'm seriously lusting after more to add to my wardrobe y'know. Next stop, Zara! Thank you Katy, I would def recommend the boots btw, just sayin'...! xxxx

ReplyDeletex
Thanks m'love! <3
Deletegreat outfit - congrats for going out of your comfort zone with the trousers - they look awesome :) I'd love a pair of printed trousers but I can't find the shape that suits me anywhere in the shops. Serves me right for not getting them when that was "the" shape last year :) x
ReplyDeleteThank you! (: I've been venturing more and more outside of my comfort zone recently, I feel like the blogosphere both encourages me to try new things and sometimes keep me in a little of a style rut. Weird! Ah I'm sure you'll find your perfect pair soon, it took me aaages to settle for these (:
DeleteWhat a wonderful outfit to start your new job role in! I really wish you the best of look! I love the trousers and shoe combination A LOT. Very edgy. And I can't believe I have only just found this oh so stylish blog now! Can't wait for more fashion defining posts!

DeleteI always love a post with a cheeky HP reference! Your outfit is sooo lovely. Hope your enjoying the real world, what your up to always sounds so exciting. I went to a Solent Open day a couple weeks ago and they had Aesthetic out on the desk. Loved, loved, loved. xx
ReplyDeleteOF COURSE ;) it wouldn't be a Daisybutter post without a HP or Taylor Swift reference thrown in for good measure! Awww really?! Gosh that has made my day :D I had no idea that it was being shown, so pleased you loved it, four months of blood, sweat and tears! xx
DeleteLove this! I feel like this is a more grown up outfit, but is still very you, perfect for this new chapter of your life!
