Currently in the full swing of my spending ban, so of course I'm spending (in the other sense of the word, I promise!) my evenings trawling websites for things I wish I was buying. I'm seriously lusting after this heart cut-out shirt from Topshop, even though I already know the quality of it will be questionable at best. I love a good heart print or slightly strange cut-out, so this ticks all of the boxes except quality for me. In a similar vein, I also adore the bralet version of the shorts I posted about a week or two ago. So. Darn. Cute.
The sudden welcoming of summer has left me longing for even more skincare. After hearing
Kate and
Anna rave about REN skincare recently, I'm dying to get my hands on this Smoothing Renew Mask to detox my skin from the daily commutes to and from my internship. I've been sampling Caudalie's SOS Thirst-Quenching Serum, as provided in my Glossybox May, and absolutely love using it twice daily.
Oh life, why must you tease me so?! What are you all coveting at the moment?
♥
I adore both these tops especially the bralet one - a new obsession of mine! Currently trying to enforce a spending ban too but isn't going too well - good luck! ha

I'm yet to buy into the bralet 'trend', can't decide if I can face having my stomach out yet :P good luck with your spending ban - I'd love to say I've been good but I just ordered the Caudalie serum haha! xx
DeleteI know how you feel! I want a satchel that is way out of my price range but I can't help but want it badly!

But with a bag, they're super versatile and practical ;) take it from a self-professed bag junkie haha, I own 30+ bags... Oops. xx
DeleteThe topshop shirt is so cute! You're right about questionable quality though... :/
ReplyDeleteYeah definitely, my other shirts from there are pretty shabby quality, good for throwaway fashion though! (:
DeleteI am also loving the cadaulie SOS serum, i want to buy another one when i run out but i bet they are a bit expensive!
ReplyDeletex
They're £26.10 on Feelunique (: I just broke my spending ban and ordered a new one!
DeleteLovely pieces, love the shirt and bralet. I've been the same about skincare x
ReplyDeleteThank you lovely! I bought the Caudalie serum earlier today hahah. xx
DeleteThat's such a beautiful top! And I really want to try some Essie nail polishes, they always look so so so lovely!
ReplyDeleteThanks Lily (: the Essie Diffusion polishes have a great brush and consistency, definitely worth the money! xx
DeleteI saw that shirt the other day. It is so lovely, but very expensive and like you said the quality may not be too great for the price! xx
ReplyDeleteMm that's what I always think! I'm assuming frayed edges and a thin fabric! xx
DeleteThat bralet is the cutest! I had a look at some Essie polishes today and the colour range is amazing! Sadly, they're a little bit pricey! I love the colour of 'ballet slippers' xoxo
ReplyDelete(: they're so worth the money though, Amy! The consistency and application is worth it alone, let alone factoring in the huge colour range! xx
DeleteOh this cut-out again. It is lovely loooking!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty, but I can only imagine what the quality is like! xx
Deletei absolutely adore the topshop shirt, i am a sucker for anything with cute cut-out detailing! i am attempting a spending ban too, but naturally i am wanting to buy soooo many things! xo
ReplyDeleteThanks sweet! I broke my spending ban today and bought the serum - I've gone two days without it and my skin is awfully dry atm! xx
DeleteThat shirt is gorgeous, the heart detail is so amazing! the bralet is bute, not sure I could pull that off though. can't wait to get my hands on some essie polishes, I'm after some glitter :)

Thanks Amy! Models Own are better for glitter polishes, think Essie is more for the creamy and metallic finishes (:
