Happy Good Friday guys and dolls! Hope you're all having a lovely start to the long weekend, Twitter certainly proves you are, anyway! I've been having a chilled out day, preparing for the beginning of the end, assignment deadline-wise, and swooning over the newest addition to my thirty-strong bag collection.

Everything's feeling rather Taylor-Swift Safe-and-Sound in these photos: I'm making the most of being home to venture to new places for outfit photos, and often prefer variety in my photos, and experimenting with new photo styles. I can't quite believe how much of a turnaround the British weather has experienced either, I've been shivering away next to the radiator indoors all day! Threw this slubby, drop-shoulder (too cold to take my jacket off - sorry!) jumper on over one of my favourite spring dresses, and teamed with dainty scallop edges to pop out for some food shopping though.

I went shopping with Mama yesterday after dim sum with the family. I didn't buy anything but Mama treated me to some new underwear and a new bag for my impending working life. I nearly bought this bag a few weeks ago when shopping with Tamique and Sherelle after Uni, hesitated and then our store sold out of it when I returned. At a bargainous £19.99, I couldn't let it go again and my Mama luckily agreed! I also ordered the Nars Wicked Attraction set with Sarah's influence and an ASOS voucher that I had waiting in the wings to be spent, meaning that a) I'm a very happy and spoilt girl, and b) I can tick off another goal from my 2012 list! Next on my Nars list is their Penny Lane and Enchanted cream blushes!

How are you spending your Easter weekend? Have you accidentally spent more money than intended? Please help to ease my guilt!

  4. just to warn you, nars enchanted is a GLITTERBOMB! i regret purchasing it, i thought it looked lovely, but when you apply it it's ALL glitter and you have to spend forever buffing to try and get rid of it. after i bought it i checked reviews (silly) and lots of others said the same thing :\ penny lane is fabulous though! x
