Sundays are still my favourite.
Popping over to my Granny's for our usual Sunday family meal tonight, so I thought I'd take the extra ten minutes or so to bust out my new Enrapture totem styler and throw a few curls in for the Easter occasion, not that we 'celebrate' it. The totem styler features an innovative three-part curling wand, where each section uses a seperate heat setting, making it super easy to wear different curl styles. Currently in awe of how surprisingly easy the totem styler is to use, although I think my hair is still ever so slightly too short to use all three parts of the totem, but lovin' 1-2-1 for loose waves with a defined curl in the middle of each section of hair.
Also, apologies for the lack of Week in Photos, I haven't taken any day-to-day photos this week except via Instagram, and I figured you can always check my account on there for snaps instead of regurgitating the same ol' photos again for the sake of this post. If you haven't followed me already, my username on there is 'winyeemichelle', or you can see the photos on my Twitter too. Happy Easter girls, hope you all have a lovely day with your families and loved ones! ♥

Your hair looks amazing! I'm really tempted to treat myself to that styler for my birthday, I've been looking for one for a while and your hair looks amazing!
ReplyDeleteHope you have a lovely day at your Nan's!
Love Charlie xoxo.
Thank you Charlie! I would absolutely recommend it, it's a little tricky to get used to at first but now I love it (: so many looks and styling ideas! xx
DeleteYour hair looks so pretty here! Also I love your shirt/dress. Hope you're having a good weekend.
ReplyDeleteAw thank you Jane! It's a dress, from Ever Ours! xx
DeleteYour hair looks lovely, I wish I could get curls to stay in my hair!
ReplyDeleteCaroline x
Caroline's Catwalk
Thank you Caroline (: I use a freeze hold hairspray to keep my curls in place, or a little matte clay with some hair oil/serum to add shine! xx
DeleteYour hair looks amazing Michelle! I love it :) I wish I could do something like that to my hair! Love your filofax too :)
ReplyDeleteHave a good weekend lovely x
Eee thanks Hayley! I'm bloody obsessed with my Filofax haha, can't stop making lists, I'm such a stationery nerd :P you too sweet, happy Easter! xx
Deleteyour hair looks so lovely! everyone who uses that enrapture styler has the most gorgeous hair, i really must get one. i don't celebrate it either, but happy easter :) xx
ReplyDeleteThank you Caroline! It has completely changed my hair routine, i.e. before I'd roll out of bed and leave the house, and curl my hair for occasions, and now I have so many different curl/wave options! xx
DeleteI love your hair - it looks beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThank you Rachel! (:
DeleteYour hair looks gorgeous! I've been trawling the internet for curling wand reviews as my babyliss glam waves is just rubbish for my hair. This one does look a winner!
ReplyDeletexx
Thank you Eloise! I've all but ditched my Babyliss curling wand since getting this (: the barrel is perfect for my hair, as the other one gave me ringlets or mermaid waves, which wasn't what I wanted at all! xx
DeleteI'm jealous you have the totem styler, I've been wanting it for a while now. My Babyliss tongs just don't seem to work and leave me with a frazzled mess rather than lush curls like yours here.
ReplyDelete♥ Leigh
It's so, so good! I've pretty much ditched my Babyliss curler now, it left my hair frazzled, like you say, and more ringlet-y than I'd like! xx
Deleteoh good lord i havent even looked at law. perfection xx
ReplyDeleteI'm not gonna lie, I'm struggling. Got my notes, the lecture slides and my textbook and it's still not sinking in. xx
DeletePerfect hair ^^
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter!

Thank you lovely! (:
Deleteah, your hair is so perfect! I can never get waves like that! so pretty x
ReplyDeleteAw thank you Clare (: it's honestly so easy with the totem styler, I'm awful with hair-related stuff on the whole! xx
DeleteGreat hair, but wow that looks like the most complicated curler ever!
ReplyDeleteKate x
http://memoirsofawardrobe.co.uk
Thank you Kate (: it isn't complicated at all! Took me one or two tries to get used to it but my hair today took me all of about ten minutes to style! I think Emma from milkteef.com has a demo video on her blog if you were interested! xx
DeleteMichelle, your hair looks so lovely like this (not that it doesn't normally!) It looks so feminine, and perfect! ALSO HELLO CUTE DRESS! And more importantly, how beautiful is your hand writing?!xx
ReplyDeleteN'awh thanks Katy, you b-a-b-e! So pleased with my new curler, so much easier to do ma hurr now without bits sticking out all over the place ;)
Deleteomg love your bag!
ReplyDeletex
Aw thank you! Under £20 from Zara, and current stock!
DeleteAh, i love wavy hair! I might invest in those curling wands. Does your curls last long? My hair is so straight that it tends to straighten out even before i've finished curling! :( xxx
ReplyDeleteThank you Sarah, so nice to see you back in the blogosphere girly <3 yes, they tend to last all day, and drop to a softer curl/wave for the next two days! I use about a quarter of a 2p coin of matte clay in my hair just after styling too (: xx
DeleteYour hair looks so lovely and shiney... I want to touch it haha! Enjoy the rest of your Sunday also.
ReplyDeleteThank you Katie! You too sweet, happy Easter! xx
DeleteHappy Easter Michelle! Your hair looks lovely, hope you're having a nice fun day too :)
ReplyDeletexxx

ReplyDeletelove your hair as always! have a lovely evening xxxx
I've ALWAYS wanted one, so excited that I finally have one (: I've been geeking out and looking into different paper sets that I can add to it! It's going to be perfect for when I've graduated and start work! Thank you Hayley, hope you've had a lovely Easter! xx
DeleteYour hair looks really, really pretty! Hope you've had a lovely Easter.

Ooh thank you Emma (: your blog is so lovely by the way, just had a little read of it!
DeleteMichelle, your handwriting is so nice!
ReplyDeleteIf you don't mind me asking, what software is your Android phone? I tried getting Instagram but it said it wasn't compatible with mine, so I tried updating the software to see if that worked, but it said mine was up to date. It required 2.2 or higher (or something like that) and mine apparently was 1.0.0. Hmmm...
Hope you have a nice time at your Granny's!
N'awh thank you (: I run Gingerbread on Android, vers 2.3.7, I think some older Android models (i.e. without a certain camera quality) don't support Instagram atm, which could be a factor! Hope that helps :D xx
DeleteLove your nails hun!! good luck with your law revision :) xx
ReplyDeleteThank you gorgeous! Hope you're well Vicki (:
DeleteYour hair looks gorgeous Misch! I'm sticking curling tongs on my birthday list this year, might have to wink and nudge the parents into getting me these ones. I wanna get on the Instagram bandwagon too but my phone isn't compatible =( sad times waiting a month for my upgrade lol
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter btw :) xoxo
Thank you Ria! Ooh you definitely should, they are SO worth the hype haha! A month isn't too long to wait, again, Instagram is worth the wait hahaha ;) xx
DeleteYour hair looks lovely! Good luck with all the revision, I can't believe Uni is ending for us so soon. I am so scared!! xx
ReplyDeleteElla @ Belle Vintage
Thank you Ella! My law revision WILL be the death of me! I'm absolutely terrified to be quite honest, I've been having daily mental breakdowns at the thought of no more education ): hope your revision is going okay girly! xx
DeleteThank-you for the comment Michelle, you hair looks incredible! I love it a lot. Revise LAW!? Oh my, that sounds so intensive. I hope it went well.. I'm so looking forward to the meet up!
ReplyDeleteLots of Love,
Lily from Red Brick Lipstick
You're welcome sweetness (:
DeleteAw thank you! Oh gosh Lily, I can't even begin to explain how torturous it is! The module wasn't on my degree when I enrolled, yet they're making us take it anyway, not my cuppa tea at all. So excited to meet you Lily, should be a lovely day! xx
Your hair looks lovely! And I might have to get my hands on a Filofax, it looks like it really helps with to-do lists (which I'm forever scribbling down before promptly losing!)
ReplyDeletex
Thanks Sarah! Ah you should, the inner stationery nerd in me is absolutely lovin' life at the moment ;) xx
DeleteYou look gorgeous with curls and Chanel Pearl Drop :)
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a lovely Easter holiday and good luck with law revision!!
XO
PS: your new bag + filofax are perfection!
Thank you Claudia (: - you should buy Pearl Drop! xx
DeleteThat pearl drop shade is divine! BTW, don't mean to sound like a fangirl, but I've been reading your blog for quite a while and love it. It inspires me to try to be more stylish and such and such. Haha! Keep up the amazing work, Michelle!
ReplyDeleteThank you Torie! Aw that is so nice of you, I'm glad you enjoy reading it (:
Deletewow your hair look so good. gonna check the website now, think i might have to invest. hope they ship to aus!
ReplyDeleteEeep, thank you Emma! They're seriously good, would highly recommend, I would assume they ship to Australia (:
DeleteOhh love your curls! The leather on your Zara bag is IMPRESSIVE! xxx
ReplyDeleteI KNOW RIGHT. For £20, I literally couldn't resist haha, my wardrobe is now embarrassingly full of handbags ;) xxxx
DeleteOh your hair is rather gorgeous - I might have to invest in a curler. I really need something like your diary, I am not nearly organised enough!
ReplyDeleteSarah Betty xx
Thanks Sarah! Ooh yes, would highly recommend a Filofax doll, especially with your busy lifestyle! Hope you're well! xx
DeleteNice top, nails and curls!
