Finally crawled out of my cave and realised that today, I felt almost back to my normal self after a few days of fevery awfulness. Just a pretty casual outfit featuring my new favourite-shirt-of-all-time and some denim that I was certain I wouldn't be able to squeeze into, after almost a week of eating badly and barely moving from my bed. What a lovely surprise, along with the beautiful weather, and I'm off home for Easter (and more awful eating) tonight too!

Cannot get enough of this amazing mint green colour at the moment, especially now that the sun is out and people have stopped giving me strange looks for starting to whack out the pastels! I really must get out of this collared shirt rut that I seem to have fallen into by accident, I'm just a huge fan of casual/classic right now. I was only in Uni for two hours anyway, to get on with some work for my magazine, and then for two photoshoots for someone's project which was pretty exciting. Hopefully I'll be able to share the photos from that soon, I think the project was such a good concept, but obviously it isn't my place to mention and share just yet.

Today I'm trialling the middle parting for the first time. It feels so unnatural, but y'know, I haven't had my hair done in weeks and when I got up this morning, that's what it was doing of its' own accord! For the record, I've had a side parting since I was about eight: I spied a photo in one of my Mum's magazines and took to the mirror to section my hair off in tribute to the photo! I think I'll keep the middle partin' Martin look for a little longer though, because I quite like the laidback, beachy look right now, and if all else fails, Kate and I have a promising future as A1 wannabes, haha!

Also, I just wanted to say thanks for being so patient with me guys! I'll be back to some more regular posting soon, Uni is getting a bit on top of me and I've just been in bed since Sunday to be honest. I've got a few exciting things in the pipeline that I'll be able to share with you soon too, so hold tight! Anyway, I really need to go and pack my suitcase now, three blissful/stressful weeks at home for Easter await and my suitcase is looking slightly ridiculous at the moment!

    1. Haha that is looking pretty likely ;) at least if we had to share a skip, we could probably fashion a pretty decent pale pink Glossybox roof and we'd have enough onesies etc. to keep us going! xx

  18. The centre parting really suits you! I'm the same, I've always had some form of fringe & side parting. Recently I've been toying with the idea of a middle parting and some form of curtains but I feel like I look strange! x
