Played around with my new Japonesque make-up brushes: God knows what I did before these were in my life! · Harrods is absolutely beautiful at the moment, with their Christmas lights in full glory. If you get a chance, go over and have a look, they also have a Harry Potter pop-up shop, which is there until January 2012, and I'm making a point of visiting in my Christmas holidays! · The lovely Ling and I at the Motel x Glossybox event, one of about four photos I managed to snap... · Bought Coco Pops. Ate a LOT of Coco Pops. Yup, I am a child · Saw the Dazed & Confused exhibition at Somerset House and forgot how much I adored these covers and editorials · Somerset House, setting up their ice-rink - Christmas is nearly here! · I was finally reunited with my keys after having to describe them ("Well, they have a Golden Snitch keyring on them...") to the bouncers at a bar in Southampton. Never drinking again, trust me on this kids! · And to finish the week off spectacularly, I snapped my phone charger. Sweet.

Sorry for a slightly lacklustre set of photos this week. In-between lectures, many a day in London, phone issues and remembering to cook for myself, I haven't really had my camera to hand! It was another long week though, my trip to London with University feels like an age ago, when it was really on Monday. Although the V&A Postmodernism exhibition wasn't to my taste, I did snap some photos of the interior their beautiful cafe, which you can see in my outfit post on Tuesday.

Onto more important news... How excited were Victoria and I to hear that Frankie Cocozza left X Factor on Tuesday?! It's been a week of anticipation for me, although last night's show was hugely disappointing. Gary needs to leave Janet alone, she's still one of my favourites! And Little Mix were amazing as ever, although their styling has gone downhill again. I'll be seriously annoyed if Marcus doesn't get straight through too, am in love with that man!

The South Bloggers' Meet is coming together at long last. I'm hoping to finalise times, a meeting point and evening plans with the other organisers this week, and you'll all be emailed if you've already contacted me. If not, pop me a comment or email, and I'll forward you all of the details so far!

Finally, I bit the bullet last night, and only went and filmed a Youtube video, didn't I?! The video is a nail art tutorial and is purely for Ways to Wear Daily, my second blog for Uni that I'm forever talking about. Got some amazing feedback on it last night via Twitter, but if you get a few minutes (2:17 to be precise), it'd be lovely to have some comments on it! I also edited an outfit video, which was from September, but it's quite nice to have a 3D/moving version of the outfit. Anyway, I need to get changed and head to the library now. All fun and games at Numero Six today(!) Lovelove ♥

  43. So pretty, right?! Awee thanks Katy (: Marcus is a babeee. I'm so annoyed at how fake and obviously fixed it is this year (at least they tried to cover it up before) but it's still compulsive viewing for me! xx

    ReplyDelete

  55. I'm quite tempted to actually Claire! Just worried about all the YT trolls and stuff really, and I wouldn't have a clue about what to even film, aside from outfits, lookbooks and Ways to Wear features in video form ;) I filmed with my DSLR, the Nikon D3100, and just edited with Windows Movie Maker! The hand cream is one of a set from H&M (: Aaand I think my favourite brushes (so far) are the brow brush and angled eyeliner ones! xxxx
