Passed my driving test on 31st October and hastily packed to come back to Southampton · My first festive M&S sandwich of the year! · New stationery from Hong Kong again · Shameless posing instead of Uni work... · One of the parks in Southampton, looking all Autumnal and pretty · Coffee has been a godsend amidst assignment and dissertation hell · Wore this dress all day on Thursday · Salmon on a bed of tenderstem broccoli with a sweet chilli dressing: OMNOM! · Spent my Friday night baking with Ebony.

Feels like this week has dragged on forever, yet now we're already mid-Sunday? Tonight will be some hasty productivity while catching on X Factor and then watching the results. It still hasn't sunk in that I'm a full-license holder yet, was it really a week ago that I was sat at home half-panicking and taking ridiculously long bubble baths?! In times of too much work, like now, I seem to just obsessively eat all the time. Rustled up some cakes, marshmallow toffee crispies and yummy dinners this week, as well as indulged in my first festive sandwich!

Tomorrow I'm off to London with University. We're going to the V&A, the Tate and also to Somerset House for a huge selection of exhibitions, and I'm excited to immerse myself in some culture! It's going to be such a long day though, God knows how I'll get myself to Uni for 7:30am tomorrow. I'm also heading over to the Motel Rocks event on Thursday: can't wait to see some familiar faces for a few hours! Will I be seeing any of you there? (:

Anyway, I'm going to pop downstairs to watch X Factor and make some miso udon noodles for a late lunch. Having some serious trouble recovering from last night! ♥

  11. I have that cup, but instead of Winnie I have Eeyore, the same style of cup and design, however odd. Congratulations on passing your driving test, I can't wait to be able to drive it's going to be so exciting! I didn't know you're from Southampton either which is odd because I'm only from Portsmouth, I keep finding people from around my area and it's just funny. But congratulations, that cake looks amazing!
