Been enjoying a lazy day of little DIY makes (paper bunting and customised pillowcases) today. I used Gem's handy Tuesday Tips tutorial for my bunting, and used a mixture of Topshop carrier bag paper, old jewellery order packaging, Vogue tearsheets and Luella tissue paper. I didn't see much point in posting an outfit because I'm not going anywhere special, I'm lounging around in jeans and a T-shirt, and my adorable new ring from Chloe.

I've been getting in touch with my younger self today too, and indulged in some Season 1 Pokemon episodes, armed with my scissors and scrap paper! I've got my fingers crossed for some positive replies to a few emails I've sent today as well. Bonus snap of our customised eggs too, I obviously had an egg on toast for lunch ;) Oh it's good to live in our household!

(Heart print T-shirt, Topshop from a few seasons ago;
Jeans, Miss Selfridge from even more seasons ago;
Heart double-finger ring, via the beautiful and inspiring Chloe;
China doll necklace, Accessorize.)

In case you hadn't already checked, I've updated my recommended blog in the sidebar, which features the gorgeous Lyzi! I'll be back tomorrow with a sparkly new Ways to Wear post for you to pore over! I'm getting my hair cut at long last tomorrow afternoon, I'm excited and nervous at the same time, even though I'm not getting anything spectacular done. Also, is anyone still interested in a (condensed format) room tour post?

PS. Isn't my brother a doll for buying me a huge bar of the Dairy Milk truffle chocolate bar?!
