I'm breaking out of the mould a bit this week to share some shoes I'm currently coveting. I couldn't decide what to feature in my Ways to Wear, and I've not had the time to give it a proper think, but hopefully my post about Yayer will tide you over with ways to style garments this week. Remember those Wednesday Wants I used to do once upon a time, before being a student crippled my pursestrings, and Frugal February made its' way into my life?

I walk past our Debenhams every single day on my walk home from Uni, and they currently have some of the most beautiful shoes in their window. I'm not much of a shoes gal in all honesty, but these floral, cork platform heels by Red Herring are so perfect for the summer! I can't imagine they'd be too practical or comfortable to wear though in all honesty, so I had a browse, and Red Herring also have a pair of floral canvas sandals/pumps, which are lovely. They have a small wedge for a bit of extra height and would look lovely with denim cut-offs and a white top for the summer!

Another sweet pair of low wedges is this pair from Topshop. I do feel that they are slightly overpriced, but I'd assume they'd be a bit comfier than a pair from Primark! Again, I love the pale colour, and they'd be perfect to throw on with any outfit in the summer. For a non-wedge version, I can't stop featuring these gorgeous sandals from Dorothy Perkins. I'm probably going to get a pair soon, the cream colour means they'll match everything in my wardrobe! I don't like to be too fussy with shoes in the summer in all honesty!

Hope you're all enjoying the sun today girls! What shoes are you looking to for a staple shoe this summer?

  1. The red herring shoes are lushhh. I've never really browsed their shoe collection, but this has swayed me. I've seen some cork platforms in New Look which are lovely as well but i can't help think that people would probably look at me weirdly because they kinda look chunky?
    Lovely finds! x
