Oh I am spoiling you with two posts today! (I joke, I actually just feel really guilty for my sporadic posting as of late ^____^;) Today I had a day off Uni, as it is Graduation Week at Solent. It's been really strange seeing the graduates around the City and on campus - I can't even begin to explain how excited I am to graduate! Only a year and a half to go until Uni is done and dusted! Anyway, I only had 15 minutes of Uni today, for a Photography one-to-one with my lecturer, which went fine.

Cardigan, A Boutique in Hong Kong; Zebra vest (tucked in), Topshop; Shorts, Zara; Tan plait belt, Primark; Suitcase necklace, Handmade by me.

I wore this ensemble today. These Zara shorts are quite possibly one of my favourite pieces in my wardrobe. I bought them for £25.99 (I think) after my two week interning stint at more! Magazine, as the Zara store in Covent Garden was conveniently on the walk to the tube station. I remember buying them as a little well-done present to myself, and having to compensate with a 3 hour journey home, which would have normally taken 45 minutes, due to the tube strike starting while I had been shopping. Just my luck!

I usually have trouble pairing these shorts with items in my wardrobe, and normally opt for a plain black or white basic shirt. However, I saw my zebra print vest hanging in the back of my wardrobe, looking v. sorry for itself, and realised it "could", in theory, work, as the zebra vest has these burnt orange details. I really like this whole colour palette, with the cobalt blue, burnt orange and camel tones.

I've also been incredibly productive today. I did my weekly food shop and struggled on the walk home, had a beautiful if not slightly burnt toastie, managed to cross 9 things off my Uni to-do list... And, if you hadn't already noticed, I have revamped the blog ever so slightly! I scanned in a doodle of my handwriting for the header, and played around with some stock in Photoshop to come up with the header. Also, I sorted my tabs out and updated the blog roll!

How have you all spent this quiet rainy Wednesday?
