Is it just me who completely fails to remember what day of the week it is at the moment? It really doesn't feel like a Wednesday at all to me! The new semester at University starts in less than a week, and I couldn't be more excited, in a stupidly geeky way! There's nothing I love more than getting in after a long day, making a hot chocolate/coffee/ice tea *delete as appropriate ;) and getting down to some work! I think I'm a bit of an over-worker in general, which suits me fine.

I watched the Burberry Prorsum SS11 show yesterday and was thoroughly impressed! I must admit, Spring Summer never excites me as much as it probably should, but this collection was so lovely and really inspirational to me, as well as keeping all the Brit Cool standards of Burberry. So I think my picks for this week's Wants have taken inspiration from Burberry as a brand; simple and classic with some eclectic and edgier pieces.

My Wednesday Wants theme today is based on a budget, which of course I am back on at Uni! The items I have picked are all under £20, so you can afford to have a sneaky purchase during the week! I'm really loving the animal print snood, which would look gorgeous paired with any simple layered outfit. My favourite pick has got to be the layered H&M bracelet at a bargainous £1.99, which is cheaper than some Primark items at the moment. A surprise find were these lovely suede effect boots from George at Asda, I love slouchy boots with ankle socks peeping out of them for the Autumn!

Finally, a little mention to some fabulosa bloggers who have mentioned me in various posts, I'm so grateful and surprised when I read your blogs and see lil ol' me mentioned! So to Ella, Amy, Gem (I'm on her blogroll!), Sofia, Rebecca and anyone else: Thank you thank you! I've 'discovered' some great blogs recently and will keep updating the blogroll with my new favourites if I remember!

EDIT:// I popped to town today and bought a knitted headband for the bargainous sum of £1.50! They have them in quite a few colours, and will look so sweet as an alternative to a knitted hat, which tend to make my head look rather large ;)

  1. You're very welcome - all mentions totally deserved. It is lovely though isn't it...when you pop on over to a blog and unexpectedly see your name there! Love that :)

Love everything you picked out, especially the H&M jumper, which would look super cute with the leopard snood. I'm considering one of those knitted headbands but might opt for the primarni one for £1.50 as I'm just not sure if It'll suit me.

Yeay for being back at uni! Have fun!
